Responsibilities/Duties

  • Product Sales for Aircraft Components of Lufthansa Technik's product portfolio
  • Preparation of product sales campaigns, projects and presentations. Introduction during customer visits, project follow up, analysis of sales success
  • Preparation of sales projects in co-ordination with German headquarter and LHT Group Sales
  • Able to lead and co-ordinate a Sales and Service Team
  • Independent co-ordination and supervision of customer support between internal LHT departments: Material supply units, workshops, production centers
  • Contact person for an assigned customer group in the day-to-day business
  • Responsible for the financial results and sales success of the respective customers and team including corresponding reporting and analysis
  • Execute adjustments to the customer contract as needed to maintain profitability and continuity

Requirements

  • Experience in aviation industry esp. MRO business, sales or customer service experience
  • Able to work in an intercultural environment
  • Able to guide a team
  • High social responsibility and emotional intelligence
  • University degree or equivalent skills suitable for this position
  • High level of commitment and self confident appearance to the customer
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written) and Chinese required
  • Organized approach to work
  • Ability to work under time and sales target pressure
  • Ability to work in teams as well as independently
