ARC network conference at Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen

In April, the second ARC network Sales and Product Management conference took place at Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen.

Within the Lufthansa Technik Group, three companies offer full MRO services for Airframe Related Components(ARC)such as thrust reversers, engine cowlings, radomes and flight control surfaces: Lufthansa Technik Composite Tulsa(LTC)in the USA, Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen(LTS)in China and Lufthansa Technik in Hamburg, Germany. Due to different time zones and long distances,meetings and telephone conferences with all three companies often are difficult to organize. As a small step in the direction of more information exchange, a conference with sales representatives and product managers of all three companies was established.

Participants in the second ARC network Sales and Product Management conference were Astrid Orlowski and Michael Lotzin from Hamburg, Thorsten Mathur from Tulsa, USA, sales representative Stefan Schreiber from Singapore and colleagues from LTS, including Sales Director Li Anjing and his team members.

A large variety of topics and ideas was discussed at the two-day meeting, among them structure and content of a web based communication platform. All discussed issues were summarized into an outline form covering all action points identified during the conference. The next ARC network Sales and Product Management Conference will be held in September at Lufthansa Technik Composite Tulsa, USA.
