Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen process optimize -IQ MOVE

Beside proficient technique, customer oriented service philosophy, advanced management and etc; one more striking weapon for LTS to win the severe market is PROCESS. Recently LTS has completed the implementation of IQ Move - an Integrated Quality management system based on comprehensive IT technology, the purpose of which is to make the processes of the company more efficient, more transparent and more convenient and ensure the service of high quality.

Starting from Apr.2009, this IQ MOVE project has been worked for more than one year. Although we met some problems at the very beginning, all people worked closely with all their hearts day and night, other related staff cooperated with a nice attitude as well. May.18.2010, it¡¯s the day IQ MOVE started operating on LTS system officially, a ceremony was held in the company.
