Added service to A320 family operators 

A new thrust reverser type enriches Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen's product portfolio: the V2500 fan reverser. This A320 family component is one of the upcoming overhaul waves on reversers in China and Asia-Pacific.  To further meet our customer's demands the capability build-up was naturally a consequence to offer local service and avoid long transportation time and cost. 

Product specific repairs and inhouse engineering developments

Additionally further saving potentials can be found in several inhouse repair developments of the Lufthansa Technik engineering approaching V2500 specific problems.
Our well known hotbonding repairs are tailor made for typical V2500 fan reverser damages such as delaminations on the perforated skin of the C-Duct and translating sleeve.

The focus of those repairs is not only on the removal of existing damages but also on the development of sustainable solutions to avoid future damage and cut down cost in the long run as well.
