Cathy Pacific Management visit LTS

On Jan-14-2010, a 6 people's group from Cathy Pacific Airlines HK, including Ray Cantenlo-Purchasing manager, Derek Highet-Technical Service Manager, Katy NG, Patrick Low, Orlando Nisperos and Helen Xu, visit Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen. Since 2007, LTS is serving CPA's various kind of product, such as V2500 thrust reverser, V2500 inlet cowl, PW4000 thrust reverser, inlet cowl and some other accessories. In 2009, LTS start a project with CPA focus on V2500 series ARC service, with the develop of repair method, reduce wasted process time, and a customer oriented service spirit in mind, we successful turn the TAT from 47 days to 30, lower the repair cost for CPA as much as 60% percent. Our diligent work won the praise from CPA.

At the beginning of the meeting, LTS CEO Wolfgang Breckau introduced the history of our energetic and flexible company, sum up the gorgeous cooperate between LTS and CPA, then Frankie Fan - deputy director of sales and marketing and Rick Xu - engineering manager together present a summary of V2500 project since Apr-9-2009 in business and technique views. During the meeting LTS and CPA discussed many issues related to the latest success in 2009, and they are all looking forward to extending this cooperation to a new level.
