Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen establish and implement Lean Production

In order to enhance company ability, provide more competitive service and price to clients, Lean Production is established and implement in Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen. The first Lean Basics training has been conducted on 29th April by LHT trainer Ms.Britta Klammer and co-trainer Mr. Reinhard Siebolds to LTS. Lean- Lufthansa Technik, LHT Lean Production System, Lean Transformation Philosophy and Continuous Improvement, as the part of LHT Lean Basic Training have also been presented to all participants.

LTS believes with the effort from all employees and Lean system spread in the shop, definitely a more comfortable environment offered to employees would lead a much more competitive business circumstance, a brand new service would be established in ARC MRO market.
